Come join us on Friday & Saturday January 23-24, 2026 for the Downtown San Angelo Mini Miss Wool Pageant presented by City National Bank. The pageant is a tribute to the original Miss Wool Pageant of America that was held right here in San Angelo several decades ago. The event will be held at The Brooks & Bates Theatre at 82 Gillis St. in San Angelo, TX. Friday’s activities include food & drinks, live music, and educational displays, with the Pageant occurring on Saturday evening. The pageant will feature three age groups for girls aged 6-8, 9-11 and 12-14. Don’t Miss Out on the Most Exciting Weekend of Your Life – Join Us Now!

Don’t miss out on the Halloween fun in downtown this year!
What to expect
~ Trick-or-Treating: Bring your little goblins and ghosts for a night of trick-or-treating at participating local businesses. Fill up your treat bags with delicious candies and goodies.
~ Games and activities: Enjoy a variety of games and activities for all ages.
Tips for a spooktacular time
1. Come in costume: Dressing up is half the fun of Halloween! Whether you go for a classic witch or a superhero costume, make sure to dress to impress.
2. Bring a trick-or-treat bag: Make sure to bring a sturdy bag or bucket to collect all your sweet treats. You’ll want plenty of room for all the goodies you’ll be getting.
3. Stay safe: Remember to stay with your group and look both ways before crossing the street. Safety first, even for Halloween!

🎃 Pearl on the Concho – Bring the little ones for fun games and sweet treats! The Pearl is joining in the Halloween spirit with kid-friendly activities and plenty of candy to go around.

Hosted by Downtown San Angelo, Inc. and the City of San Angelo, the Concho Christmas Tour of Lights is a 2.5-mile drive along the banks of the Concho River and lit by over three million lights. Stroll or drive through millions of twinkling lights, dazzling displays, and classic holiday scenes that bring the spirit of Christmas to life. From sparkling tunnels to festive characters and breathtaking riverfront views, this cherished San Angelo tradition offers something enchanting for all ages. This year, the Tour of Lights season begins with a soft opening on Friday, December 5th and continues every evening through Wednesday, December 31st. Hours 6p - 10p Weekdays 6p - 12a Weekends Entry Vehicles enter at Bryant Blvd. and 1st Street (street just north of the Main Post Office), 598 W. 1st Street. The Tour of Lights is open from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00 to 12:00 Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. A voluntary donation of $8 per car is suggested.
