We are proud to announce we are collaborating with the city of San Angelo’s Riverfest for our new Clash on the Concho competition, which is going down on September 27th at Riverside Skatepark, from 5 to 8PM!
It has been 7 years since the last Riverfest, and we’re happy to be included among all of the incredible events being held that day!
The Clash on the Concho will feature both a skateboard and inline skating competition.
We have also teamed up with Donate and Skate to distribute used skates to kids! (While supplies last!)
We are also going to be having some live music acts performing at the event, which will be announced soon as well!
So bring the whole family out for some fun in the sun, and enjoy all the multiple events going on at the Riverfest!

Venice…a city of love and, more importantly, commerce. The young Bassanio is desperate to wed the beautiful heiress, Portia, but doesn’t have the funds. Antonio, an antisemitic merchant, decides to help his friend, Bassanio, by taking out a loan from Shylock, a Jewish moneylender.
When Antonio defaults on his loan, Shylock demands a pound of Antonio’s flesh as per their agreement. The case is taken to court where Portia, disguised as a lawyer, attempts to save Antonio from a grisly fate.
This play is a complex exploration of prejudice, revenge, and the nature of justice and mercy.

  Zac Wilkerson stumbled into a career in music after being tricked into entering—and eventually winning—Lubbock’s Blue Light Live Singer-Songwriter Contest in 2011. The prize was a solo acoustic set at the 2012 Larry Joe Taylor’s Texas Music Festival in Stephenville. He has since etched out a strong following across the Texas music scene and beyond, with his work appearing on nationally syndicated and regional radio, as well as local and prime-time network TV. Zac Wilkerson’s show earlier this year at the Arc Light was among the best performances we’ve seen. This time, he is joined by former Eleven Hundred Springs frontman Matt Hillyer for an evening of stories and song swapping on the Arc Light stage. For 23 years, Matt Hillyer fronted the legendary honky-tonk band Eleven Hundred Springs, touring the world and releasing more than a dozen albums before the band disbanded in 2021. However, Hillyer’s career predates Eleven Hundred Springs. He honed his chops in the rockabilly outfit Lone Star Trio and even a rock band called Strap, hitting the stages of Dallas’ venerable Deep Ellum neighborhood throughout the ’90s. In 2014, he released his solo debut album, “If These Old Bones Could Talk.”” Eleven Hundred Springs may have set the standard for swingin’ Texas country outfits, but Hillyer always had more to offer—which his latest record, “Bright Skyline,”” highlights.
  The eleven tracks on “Bright Skyline,”” released in 2024 via State Fair Records, find Hillyer in his wheelhouse—a journey from his rockabilly roots through the vibes he takes from western swing, outlaw country, and traditional honky-tonk. In Hillyer’s words, the record is the natural successor to his 2021 solo project, “Glorieta.”

Logan Ryan Band is a powerhouse of Red Dirt Country and Americana, led by Logan Ryan Skloss and backed by Brent Riedel, Garrett McKinley, and Leo Morales. With praise from artists like Parker McCollum, and Kolby Cooper to name a few, the band blends raw storytelling with influences ranging from Joe Walsh and The Band to Robert Earl Keen and Charlie Robison. Logan began writing songs at just 11 years old, setting the foundation for a career rooted in authenticity and passion.
Their growing catalog includes fan-favorites like Signed, Love Wynonna and the breakout hit Tecovas, which cemented their place in the Red Dirt music scene. One of their standout moments came when Parker McCollum was caught singing and dancing to “Cigarettes and Alcohol” on his tour bus, even expressing on podcasts that he’d love to cut the track himself— a testament to the band’s rising influence.

About Fort Concho -
“Established in 1867, along the banks of the Concho River, Fort Concho was built to protect frontier settlements, patrol and map the vast West Texas region, and quell hostile threats in the area. Constructed for the most part of native limestone, Fort Concho consisted of at least forty buildings and covered more than 1600 acres. Today, Fort Concho National Historic Landmark encompasses most of the former army post and includes twenty-four original and restored fort structures. The old frontier army post is now a historic preservation project and museum which is owned and operated by the City of San Angelo, Texas.”
